A Brief History

Quickly after getting started in 1994, we quickly became incorporated in 1995 as 'Abbey Carpet of Greenville' and changed our name to 'Boyd's Carpet' in March of 2003. Jason began as a manager with Abbey Carpet and transformed what once was a simple cleaning company into full-service, flooring and installation provider.

Once more re-dubbed, 'Boyd's Carpet & More', Boyd proudly began providing a vast and unique selection of woods, vinyl, laminate, and carpet with styles and options accommodating a wide-range of needs. This includes products with many offerings; environmental sustainability, hypoallergenic materials, non-slip surfaces, water-repellency, and pet friendly carpeting are a few of the many niches we fill.

Since early 2022 Jason and the team have dealt with the loss of a very beautiful, poised, and loved member of our team. With heads held high, we celebrate, and proceed with excellence in our doings, knowing that's how she wants it.
